    DAY 1 – ARRIVE DEHRADUN

    • Today you would arrive in DEHRADUN, our base for flying the Helicopter Charters. Check into the hotel and the rest of the day is free or you can just step out to explore the city. Main Market on Rajpur Road, Ghanta Ghar, Paltan Bazar, Robbers cave are some of the engaging attractions of the city (these activities are NOT part of the package)

    DAY 2 – DEHRADUN TO KEDARNATH

    • We will begin at a leisurely pace after breakfast. We will check out and drive to the helipad (SAHASTRADHARA Heli drome) for our flight to PHATA/KEDARNATH. Load being an essential part of the helicopter flying logistics, we only allow maximum 5 kgs of luggage to be carried by each passenger.

    • The reshuffling of the luggage can be done the previous night itself so that you are not in a rush to leave for the charter. The extra baggage can be stored in the hotel. It takes around 15 mins drive from the hotel to the SAHASTRADHARA helipad.

    • We take off for PHATA/SERSI helipad. Our staff at PHATA/SERSI will receive you at the Helipad. Here as per the government regulation we will change the helicopter and shift to the helicopters doing shuttle service from the same helipad. The shuttle flight would take us to KEDARNATH helipad. Once at KEDARNATH our staff would lead you to your hotel where you could keep your baggage & proceed towards temple for darshan.

    • After darshan you can explore the nearby areas like Bhairon temple, Rudra cave, Shankaracharya idol, bheem shila. Night halt is in KEDARNATH which allows us to witness the auspicious Rudrabhishek Pooja of Mahadev.

    NOTE – There might be a waiting time of around 1 to 2 hours at PHATA to switch to shuttle service. As much as we would like to expedite the transfer to shuttle, multiple factors like backlog, weather, passenger load at shuttle service affect the logistics resulting in the wait.

    OVERNIGHT STAY – KEDARNATH JI

    DAY 3 – KEDARNATH TO BADRINATH

    • Early in the morning we will check out from the hotel and head towards the KEDARNATH helipad to take the shuttle flight to PHATA/ SERSI.

    • Once down we will board our Charter Helicopter and fly to BADRINATH.
      In BADRINATH the cars would pick us up from the helipad and drive to the hotel where we can have breakfast and keep the baggages. Later in the day our colleagues would take you for darshan of BADRINATH ji.

    • In the afternoon we would drive to Mana village which is the last village on the Indian side before the Tibet border. Bhim pul, Ved vyas cave, Ganesh temple are some of the sites we can visit in Mana village. We will return back to BADRINATH and stay overnight.

    OVERNIGHT STAY – BADRINATH

    DAY 4 – BADRINATH TO DEHRADUN

    • Post breakfast we check out from the hotel and head out to the helipad for our flight to DEHRADUN. Once there our cars would drive you to your hotel in DEHRADUN. Our services finish with the drop to the hotel.

    NOTE – The timing mentioned are approximate. The exact timings would be given by our staff one day prior to the journey. The timings may get affected by weather or VIP movement in the state, hence we always suggest to keep an extra at Day at DEHRADUN before.

    1. Carrying a Proper Photo ID card is mandatory for all Indian travelers.
    2. Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, are acceptable Photo ID cards for Indians. For foreign nationals, a passport is required.
    3. All the hotels at Do (2) dham are non-star categories. we provide the best option available.
    4. The food served is pure vegetarian & if you want Jain special food, it can be arranged..
    5. Hotels are subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances.
    6. Maximum 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted to carry & we shall provide the duffel bag upon arrival at DEHRADUN. Excess baggage is to be stored at the hotel before proceeding to the helipad, which can be collected later after completion of the tour.
    7. All temples in DO (2) dham sector are located in high altitudes & passengers are advised to carry their own medication. At these locations, it becomes cold in the evening, so passengers are advised to carry woolen clothing with them
    8. Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is must since the pilot will not allow boarding in case the weight exceeds the weight conveyed at the time of booking & we reserve the right to shuffle passengers to manage the right weight for safe flying in the hills.
    9. Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground. So it is highly suggested that the clients get their Medical fitness certificate from the doctor before starting the journey and carry their prescribed and emergency Medicines.
    10. No, or delayed flying is subject to many factors like delayed clearance from Air Force & Civil aviation, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force ( NOTAM), bad weather conditions, sudden development of technical snag in helicopter, illness of flying crew & delayed positioning of the guests at the helipads.
    11. The expenses towards lodging & boarding shall be borne by the guests and paid directly at the hotel in case of overstaying at any Dham due to bad weather conditions or any other unavoidable reasons.
    12. In case guests are not even able to take the first flight from DEHRADUN to KEDARNATH due bad weather then we will try to accommodate them the next day. However, if the weather doesn’t permit that the next day as well then, the trip will be cancelled and refund of the trip would be given in 15 days after deducting accommodation, meals & transport charges at DEHRADUN and flight planning charges of INR 15,000 per person.
    13. If the guests get stuck at first dham, KEDARNATH, due to bad weather & are not able to fly that day to their schedule destination, then we will try to fly them next day, however in that case we might have to visit the dham, BADRINATH, & fly to DEHRADUN the same day to cover up for the previous day’s lost time.
    14. Any donations, tips, pithu & porter charges shall be borne by the guests only.
    15. Single Supplement @ Rs. 15,000/- extra shall be chargeable in case any guest wishes to stay in single occupancy in hotels at all destinations
    16. Guests have to MANDATORILY submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, guest(s) would be DE boarded & cancelled for the Heli-tour without any refund.
    17. Guests weighing more than 75 kgs shall be charged an overweight fee of Rs. 2500/ Kg for the total weight above 75 Kg. However, it should not exceed the total carrying capacity of the helicopter of 440 kgs. In case it exceeds then the guests would be DE boarded & the Heli yatra would be cancelled without any refund.
    18. We recommend keeping at least one additional day in hand at DEHRADUN when planning your trip.
    19. All temples in Do (2) dham sector are located at a high altitude, & guests are advised to carry their own medication with them during travel. Guests are also advised to carry woolen clothing & rain coats with them, since during evenings & nights the temperature drops drastically.
    20. Damages of any kind caused to the party due to natural causes during the tour shall NOT be compensated by us and all legal disputes are to be settled within the jurisdiction of Delhi
    21. Bookings will be taken considering there is acceptance of all mentioned guidelines and Terms & Conditions on website and Brochure by the party.
    1. Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical ailment/condition.
    2. Passengers travelling together may not travel in the same helicopter flight, as we may have to shuffle passengers in different helicopter flights to manage the total weight of the aircraft.
    3. Udaan Yatra reserves the right to cancel passengers, who are unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick, mentally unfit, or anyone else whom we deem to be unsafe to fly. No refund shall be done to such passenger(s).
    4. Guests are required to pay 100% of the booking amount before the beginning of the trip, else the boarding would be denied.
    5. Infant below 2 years/12kg are carried free of charge. In case of verification of age, ID proof/birth certificate of the child shall be checked.
    6. Hotels & rooms are subject to sudden change at times, due to unavoidable circumstances
    7. Rooms are booked on double or triple sharing basis only
    8. If any guest requires a single occupancy room, it shall be extra chargeable @ INR 15,000/person (tax inclusive)
    9. Fixed Flight Timings - This is a Daily Fixed Departure Helicopter tour, and all departure timings of each destination is fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the scheduled ETDs on each day of the tour, other-wise they will be considered NO SHOW.
    10. While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi, the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. Depending on Shuttle slots/weather conditions or technical reasons.
    11. Passengers may be divided into two groups while changing the helicopter at Kedarnath/Guptkashi shuttle, depending on their body weight.
    12. All passengers will be taken to all the helipads at least 1 hour prior to the departure time. In this case, sometimes, you may have to wait at the government Helipad.
    13. Helicopter Company has its own crew at all the Dhams. For any guidance or assistance, passengers are free to reach out to them.
    14. CARRIAGE BY AIR ACT, 1972 - The carriage is subject to Helicopter Company regulations relating to the conditions of Non-International Carriage (Passenger and Baggage) framed in accordance with The Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and Notification regarding application of the carriage which is non-international. The liability of the company for damage sustained in the event of the death or wounding of a passenger or any other bodily injury suffered by passenger or by his registered baggage during the course of carriage by air will be governed by the provisions of sections 4,5,6 and the rules contained in the second Schedule of Carriage by Air Act 1972 with certain exceptions, adaptations, modifications, etc as notified in the Govt. of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation Notification and as amended from time to time.
    15. Our Heli-Tours are not available for the following VIP’s:

      - Central Ministers of Cabinet Rank
      - C J I Supreme Court
      - Governors of State
      - Chief Ministers of State

    17. RESCHEDULING OF BOOKING:
    18. Rescheduling your booking to any future or prior travel date, will be done subject to availability, and on payment of additional 10% of the total tour cost. This will be permitted only if informed at least 07 days before arrival date.
      In case rescheduling is requested less than 07 days prior to the travel date, then the booking would be treated as cancelled, & a fresh booking will be given subject to availability, after the levy of applicable cancellation charges.
    19. COVID-19 Case, or any National/State Emergency:
    20. - In case passengers test COVID positive before the travel, or the Yatra gets called-off by the government, or any National or State emergency is imposed, there will be no refunds applicable.
      - However, passengers will be provided a Credit Voucher by Helicopter Company against the advance paid, which will be valid for one year. It can be utilized against any of our helicopter tours or charter services (for the full amount of the credit voucher), by the passengers or any of their friends/relatives.
    21. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS - Bookings will be taken, considering there is acceptance of the mentioned terms & conditions on website & brochure by the party.
    1. If Bad Weather, Technical Snag, Natural calamity, or Force Majeure situation which is beyond the control of the Company (Udaan Yatra), results in cancellation or delay of your Trip/ Flight, then the company (Udaan Yatra) is not liable, in any way, for the cancelled or delayed flight.
    2. If the flight is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control then the expenses made against accommodation, Meals, transport, or any other expense made by the guests during their travel or stay, will not be part of the reimbursement, refund, or compensation.
    3. The additional night halts, meals, or any services used by the clients, because of the bad weather or Force Majeure, shall be paid directly by the clients.
    4. If any passenger(s) require ferry flights to be operated for them in emergency, cost for the same will be charged to the party @ INR 1,25,000/hr plus GST.
    5. While the tour is ongoing, if any group demands to cancel their tour mid-way, the arrangement of transportation will be done by Helicopter Company , however, cost for the same will be borne by the passengers on direct payment basis.
    6. Any increase in government levies or taxes, after the confirmation of booking, will be extra chargeable to the passengers. Payment against the same will have to be made before the commencement of tour.
    • Passengers have to cover their faces with mask to board the helicopter.
    • No Devotee will be asked for a negative Covid-19 test report or a Covid-19 vaccination certificate this year.
    • Covid 19 tests are not compulsory.

    Trip Details:

    DEHRADUN (SAHASTRADHARA) TO KEDARNATH JI

    • Passengers are to report at SAHASTRADHARA helipad. The departures are in the morning so it is advised that passengers arrive in DEHRADUN one day prior to the journey.

    • Our flight will take off from the SAHASTRADHARA helidrome and reach PHATA/ GUPTKASHI/ SITAPUR.

    • Once there we will, as per the government guidelines, board one of the shuttle service helicopters to go to the KEDARNATH ji Temple.

    • The helipad at top is only around 3-4 hundred meters from the temple. Around 1.5 to 2 hours is allotted to do the darshan at the KEDARNATH ji temple.

    • Once the darshan is done we return to the helipad and take the shuttle service back to PHATA / GUPTKASHI/ SITAPUR and board our charter helicopter to go to BADRINATH ji.

    NOTE- There is an average wait time of 1.5 to 2 hours for shuttle service to KEDARNATH ji from PHATA / GUPTKASHI/ SITAPUR

    • Once there we move towards the temple. It takes around 1.5 to 2 hours to do the darshan.

    • On the way back you can see the hot springs pool just below the temple. then we proceed back to the parking and drive to the helipad and fly to DEHRADUN (SAHASTRADHARA)

    1. FIXED FLIGHT TIMES - This is a Daily Fixed Departure Helicopter tour, and all departure timings of each destination is fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the scheduled ETDs at the helipads throughout the tour, other-wise they will be considered NO-SHOW. However, UDAAN YATRA reserves the right to change/postpone the timings of flying, subject to weather/force majeure reasons.
    2. COVID TRAVEL GUIDELINES - COVID protocols shall be adhered by the passengers and UDAAN YATRA as per the effective mandate of the government. Without adhering to the government guidelines, boarding can be denied to the passengers without refund.
    3. HELICOPTER WEIGHT LIMITATION - Maximum weight capacity of the helicopter is 450 kg (excluding baggage weight). Passengers are taken on board depending upon the load and temperature conditions. The pilot's call will be final. Total weight of all passengers on board must be within this limit. Hence, passengers are required to provide us their exact weights at the time of booking.
    4. PASSENGERS WEIGHTS – Passengers have to submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight is found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircrafts carrying capacity of 450 kgs, passenger (s) would be de-boarded & canceled for the Heli Tour without any refund.
    5. OVERWEIGHT CHARGES ON PER SEAT BASIS ONLY - Overweight charges are applicable @ INR 1,500/kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 75 kg. But excess weight (not exceeding helicopter’s total weight limitation) will only be calculated on the total excess weight above the total permissible weight of all the group members combined, i.e., permissible weight = 75 Kg x (No. of pax). Furthermore, any discrepancy found in the weights of the passengers, which would be chargeable as per the overweight criteria, would be collected prior to boarding of flights.
    6. BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE - Only one baggage weighing a maximum of 5 kgs is allowed per passenger. It Is not permitted to carry suitcases or any other luggage bags in the helicopter. In view of our helicopters’ limited weight carrying capacity, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between helicopters to manage the right weight for safe flying in the hills. Therefore, passengers traveling together may not be accommodated in the same helicopter flight.
    7. SEATING CAPACITY - The maximum seating capacity for our helicopters is 06 passengers + 01 Crew.
    8. INFANTS - Infants below 2 years or 12kg are accommodated free of charge. For verification of age of the child, ID proof/birth certificate of the child will be checked.
    9. ADDITIONAL DAY - We strongly advise our passengers to keep one additional day in hand at Dehradun, to avoid inconvenience in case passengers get stuck at any of the destinations due to bad weather or force majeure scenarios.
    10. ADD ON SERVICES - Confirmation of additional services such as Maha Abhishek Puja, Rudra Abhishek Puja, or any other additional service, has to be provided by the passengers at the time of booking. Payments for the Puja’s are collected by our staff at Dehradun, as we need to arrange the Puja in advance.
    11. EXTRAS - Any donations, tips, pitthu, palki/pony and porter charges will be borne by the passengers.
    12. PHOTO ID CARD - AADHAR Card copies are to be shared by all Indian passengers, & passports in case of foreign nationals.
    13. ASSISTANCE - UDAAN YATRA has its own crew at all the Dhams. For any guidance or assistance, passengers are free to reach out to them.
    14. MOBILE CONNECTIVITY - Network connectivity at BADRINATH is very poor. BSNL & Jio are the main telecom services that work in these regions mostly, but not always. However, our staff shall be with the passengers for assistance at all times
    15. FIRST AID & PRESCRIBED MEDICATION - All temples in Chardham sector are located at high altitude, therefore passengers are advised to carry prescribed & first aid medication during travel.
    16. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES - UDAAN YATRA will not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the passengers. Therefore, in your own interest, passengers are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get a medical check-up done before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a passenger has any medical ailment or condition.
    17. CLOTHING - Passengers are advised to carry heavy woollen clothing with them, because during evenings & nights, the temperature can drop drastically.
    18. UNRULY PASSENGERS - UDAAN YATRA reserves the right to cancel passengers, who are unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick, mentally unfit or anyone else whom we deem to be unsafe to fly. No refund shall be done to such passenger(s).
    19. RESCHEDULING - Rescheduling your booking to any future or prior travel date, will be done subject to availability, and on payment of ADDITIONAL 10% of the total tour cost. This will be permitted only if informed at least 07 days before the arrival date. In case rescheduling is requested less than 07 days prior to the travel date, then the booking would be treated as cancelled, & a FRESH booking will be given subject to availability, after the levy of applicable cancellation charges.
    20. DISPUTES - Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance of service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction.
    21. Flying in the hills are subject to bad weather, and many force majeure factors like delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden occurrence of technical snag in aircraft, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the passengers at the helipads, among others. Therefore, passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of any such scenarios
    2. Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond UDAAN YATRA control results in the cancellation of your flight being delayed or cancelled, UDAAN YATRA Services will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refunds will be given to clients as per our refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other extra travel expenses done by the passengers shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
    3. In case tour departure does not take place from DEHRADUN as per the scheduled departure timing due to above reasons, our team will propose the possible revised itinerary within our package duration, but without any extension of timing
    4. In case flying does not take place during the entire day, the tour will be considered as cancelled & full refund as per our policies will be made. In case the passengers would like to consider taking the tour on the next available date, a fresh booking can be made for the same. Our team will propose the available options to the passengers.
    5. The balance/unutilized amount against previous booking can be adjusted against the fresh booking. And any extra costs that would be accruing, will have to be borne by the passengers.
    6. New Do dham passenger(s) scheduled for departure from DEHRADUN on any respective travel date shall be our top priority, over the back-log passenger(s) of previous days(s).
    7. In case the tour departs from Dehradun as per the schedule but gets disrupted, while the tour is ongoing, our team will propose the possible revised itinerary within the scheduled package duration, but without any extension of timings
    8. Any extension, proposed by the passengers, in the package will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability.
    9. Additional night halt charges will be payable by the passengers to hotels on direct payment basis, when they get stuck for additional nights due to bad weather/force majeure reasons. If any passenger(s) require ferry flights to be operated for them in emergency, cost for the same will be charged to the party @ INR 1,25,000/hr plus GST.
    10. Any increase in government levies or taxes, or Temple Authority prices, after the confirmation of booking, will be extra chargeable to the passengers.

    • Our services will start with pickup, either from the airport or Railway station.
    • Our tour starts the next day, however today’s stay in DEHRADUN is a complimentary sojourn organized by the company for the guests.
    • We will drive to the hotel to check in. The rest of the day is free for you to relax or explore the city of DEHRADUN.

    • Our journey starts early in the morning as the weather tends to stay stable in the morning.
    • We will take a packed breakfast from the hotel & will check out and drive to the helipad for our flight.
    • Load being an essential part of the helicopter flying logistics, we only allow maximum 5 kgs of luggage to be carried by each passenger.
    • The reshuffling of the luggage can be done the previous night itself so that you are not in a rush to leave for the charter.
    • The extra baggage can be stored in the hotel. It takes around 15 mins drive from the hotel to the SAHASTRADHARA helipad.
    • We will take off for the KHARSALI helipad. Our staff at KHARSALI will receive you and take you to your hotel to check in and later we will begin our journey for YAMUNOTRI Dham. We can take Palkis or ponies as per availability.
    • The trek is approximately 6 kms long and takes around 5 – 6 hours to complete the round trip. We will be back to the resort by afternoon and stay overnight at the hotel.

    • Today after breakfast we will check out from the hotel and head towards the helipad to catch our flight to GANGOTRI.
    • The helipad we will land at is called HARSIL, one of the most beautiful and scenic sites in the Chardham sector. Our staff will lead you to the hotel for check in.
    • The GANGOTRI Dham is around 25 kms from HARSIL and takes around an hour to drive. We will head out in our cars for GANGOTRI Dham.
    • The round trip takes around 3 to 3.5 hours. Once back you can explore the beautiful localities like the shiv temple in HARSIL, walks to villages like BAGODI and MUKWA.

    • Post breakfast we check out from the hotel and head out to the helipad for our next flight to PHATA or GUPTKASHI
    • Once there we, as per the guidelines of the state govt, change the helicopter and switch to the shuttle service, which will take us to the KEDARNATH Temple.
    • The temple is only around 500 meters from the helipad at KEDARNATH Dham. It approximately takes around 2 hours to do the darshan at the temple.
    • If time permits then you can also visit the BHAIRON mandir (Optional). Later we fly back in the shuttle service to PHATA/GUPTKASHI and head to the hotel.


    OVERNIGHT STAY – PHATA/ SERSI/ GUPTKASHI

    • We will land at helipad close to BADRINATH . We will take the cars and drive to our hotel in BADRINATH to check in. Later in the day we will head out to visit the temple. It takes approximately 1 – 2 hours to do the Darshan.
    • Other attractions at BADRINATH are hot springs, evening arti (on direct payment basis) and if time permits then we can also visit MANA VILLAGE (last Indian Village), the last village on the Indian side before the Tibet border. This would be the completion of our Chardham yatra and next day we head back to DEHRADUN

    7. All temples in Chardham sector are located in high altitudes & passengers are advised to carry their own medication. At these locations, it becomes cold in the evening, so passengers are advised to carry woolen clothing with them.
    8. Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is must since the pilot will not allow boarding in case the weight exceeds the weight conveyed at the time of booking & we reserve the right to shuffle passengers to manage the right weight for safe flying in the hills.
    9. Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground. So it is highly suggested that the clients get their Medical fitness certificate from the doctor before starting the journey and carry their prescribed and emergency Medicines.
    10. No, or delayed flying is subject to many factors like delayed clearance from Air Force & Civil aviation, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force ( NOTAM), bad weather conditions, sudden development of technical snag in helicopter, illness of flying crew & delayed positioning of the guests at the helipads.
    11. The expenses towards lodging & boarding shall be borne by the guests and paid directly at the hotel in case of overstaying at any Dham due to bad weather conditions or any other unavoidable reasons.
    12. In case guests are not even able to take the first flight from DEHRADUN to YAMUNOTRI due bad weather then we will try to accommodate them the next day. However, if the weather doesn’t permit that the next day as well then the trip will cancelled and refund of the trip would be given in 15 days after deducting accommodation, meals & transport charges at DEHRADUN and flight planning charges of INR 15,000 per person.
    13. If the guests get stuck at any of the Dhams due to bad weather & are not able to fly that day to their schedule destination, then we will try to fly them next day, however in that case we might have to visit two Dhams/destinations in one single day to cover up for the previous day’s lost time. For example if guests get stuck at GANGOTRI and are not able to travel to KEDARNATH then the next day we will visit both KEDARNATH and BADRINATH the same day and the night halt will be at BADRINATH not at KEDARNATH. The same rule would be applicable to all the Dhams depending which Dhams the guests are stuck at.
    14. Any donations, tips, pithu & porter charges shall be borne by the guests only.
    15. Single Supplement @ Rs. 30,000/- extra shall be chargeable in case any guest wishes to stay in single occupancy in hotels at all destinations.
    16. Guests have to MANDATORILY submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, guest(s) would be DE boarded & cancelled for the Heli-tour without any refund.
    17. Guests weighing more than 75 kgs shall be charged an overweight fee of Rs. 2500/ Kg for the total weight above 75 Kg. However, it should not exceed the total carrying capacity of the helicopter of 440 kgs. In case it exceeds then the guests would be DE boarded & the Heli yatra would be cancelled without any refund.
    18. We recommend keeping at least one additional day in hand at DEHRADUN when planning your trip.
    19. All temples in Chardham sector are located at a high altitude, & guests are advised to carry their own medication with them during travel. Guests are also advised to carry woolen clothing & rain coats with them, since during evenings & nights the temperature drops drastically.
    20. Damages of any kind caused to the party due to natural causes during the tour shall NOT be compensated by us and all legal disputes are to be settled within the jurisdiction of Delhi.
    21. Bookings will be taken considering there is acceptance of all mentioned guidelines and Terms & Conditions on website and Brochure by the party.
    1. Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical ailment/condition.
    2. Passengers travelling together may not travel in the same helicopter flight, as we may have to shuffle passengers in different helicopter flights to manage the total weight of the aircraft.
    3. Udaan Yatra reserves the right to cancel passengers, who are unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick, mentally unfit, or anyone else whom we deem to be unsafe to fly. No refund shall be done to such passenger(s).
    4. Guests are required to pay 100% of the booking amount before the beginning of the trip, else the boarding would be denied.
    5. Infant below 2 years/12kg are carried free of charge. In case of verification of age, ID proof/birth certificate of the child shall be checked.
    6. Hotels & rooms are subject to sudden change at times, due to unavoidable circumstances
    7. Rooms are booked on double or triple sharing basis only
    8. If any guest requires a single occupancy room, it shall be extra chargeable @ INR30,000/person (tax inclusive)
    9. Fixed Flight Timings - This is a Daily Fixed Departure Helicopter tour, and all departure timings of each destination is fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the scheduled ETDs on each day of the tour, other-wise they will be considered NO SHOW.
    10. While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi, the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. Depending on Shuttle slots/weather conditions or technical reasons.
    11. Passengers may be divided into two groups while changing the helicopter at Kedarnath/Guptkashi shuttle, depending on their body weight.
    12. All passengers will be taken to all the helipads at least 1 hour prior to the departure time. In this case, sometimes, you may have to wait at the government Helipad.
    13. Helicopter Company has its own crew at all the Dhams. For any guidance or assistance, passengers are free to reach out to them.
    14. CARRIAGE BY AIR ACT, 1972 - The carriage is subject to Helicopter Company regulations relating to the conditions of Non-International Carriage (Passenger and Baggage) framed in accordance with The Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and Notification regarding application of the carriage which is non-international. The liability of the company for damage sustained in the event of the death or wounding of a passenger or any other bodily injury suffered by passenger or by his registered baggage during the course of carriage by air will be governed by the provisions of sections 4,5,6 and the rules contained in the second Schedule of Carriage by Air Act 1972 with certain exceptions, adaptations, modifications, etc as notified in the Govt. of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation Notification and as amended from time to time.
    15. Our Heli-Tours are not available for the following VIP’s:

    17. RESCHEDULING OF BOOKING:
    18. Rescheduling your booking to any future or prior travel date, will be done subject to availability, and on payment of additional 10% of the total tour cost. This will be permitted only if informed at least 07 days before arrival date.
      In case rescheduling is requested less than 07 days prior to the travel date, then the booking would be treated as cancelled, & a fresh booking will be given subject to availability, after the levy of applicable cancellation charges.
    19. COVID-19 Case, or any National/State Emergency:
    20. - In case passengers test COVID positive before the travel, or the Yatra gets called-off by the government, or any National or State emergency is imposed, there will be no refunds applicable.
      - However, passengers will be provided a Credit Voucher by Helicopter Company against the advance paid, which will be valid for one year. It can be utilized against any of our helicopter tours or charter services (for the full amount of the credit voucher), by the passengers or any of their friends/relatives.
    21. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS - Bookings will be taken, considering there is acceptance of the mentioned terms & conditions on website & brochure by the party.
    1. If Bad Weather, Technical Snag, Natural calamity, or Force Majeure situation which is beyond the control of the Company (Udaan Yatra), results in cancellation or delay of your Trip/ Flight, then the company (Udaan Yatra) is not liable, in any way, for the cancelled or delayed flight.
    2. If the flight is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control then the expenses made against accommodation, Meals, transport, or any other expense made by the guests during their travel or stay, will not be part of the reimbursement, refund, or compensation.
    3. The additional night halts, meals, or any services used by the clients, because of the bad weather or Force Majeure, shall be paid directly by the clients.
    4. If any passenger(s) require ferry flights to be operated for them in emergency, cost for the same will be charged to the party @ INR 1,25,000/hr plus GST.
    5. While the tour is ongoing, if any group demands to cancel their tour mid-way, the arrangement of transportation will be done by Helicopter Company , however, cost for the same will be borne by the passengers on direct payment basis.
